Flashback... a young girl's mother is sick.
Flash forward. Police officers are being eaten by plants in a strange building.
Batman dives in with two chainsaw arms as Pennyworth monitors. Batman engages horrible plant monster zombie people things.
Is this Poison Ivy? It must be Poison Ivy. Readers are treated to Poison Ivy's backstory while Batman rages against plant monsters with chainsaw arms. His mask is removed, but he keeps fighting by using his cape as protection. Batman climbs his way to the top of a building filled with murder-plants and spores and eventually confronts the end boss. Poison Ivy.
Using a flamethrower, Batman lights everything on fire, but it doesn't stop them.
