Spawn #375 (Image Comics, 2026)

After Malebolgia shows up to pick a fight in Spawn #374, he transforms into a giant Tyrannosaurus rex and battles Spawn for the fate of Earth. He stomps about and shoots green lasers at Spawn and Sinn while screaming, and then evolves into an even larger Godzilla-sized monster who towers over them.

Spawn grows wings and flies to attack the giant monster, but is grabbed in mid-air and crushed, then set on fire by Malebolgia's flame breath.

Engulfed in flames and burning everything around him, Spawn unknowingly gives the gigantic beast more strength. The Vampire, Bludd, tries to put Spawn's flames out while Malebolgia transforms into an even more grotesque form.

Sinn schemes about how to steal Spawn and Malebolgia's powers and touches the beast with his hand, syphoning off its powers. The effect can be seen from orbit as a giant green laser beam blasts from Earth's surface into space. Sinn then pulls an Ultraman and quickly grows to Malebolgia's size. The two boheamouth monsters battle while Spawn and Blood talk about what to do.

As it turns out, Spawn planned ahead and poisoned his necroplasm before arriving, thus infecting Malebolgia after he took some of his power in Spawn #374. Sinn, who just absorbed some of Malebolgia's power, is now infected, too.

The two monsters shrink back to human form, and Spawn takes that advantage to unleash his power in the form of a giant green laser blast. He easily defeats Sinn, but Malebolgia captures the blast and reforms it into a glowing orb, which he hands back to Spawn, and then disappears. Spawn protects himself and Bludd with his cape as the orb explodes, maybe killing Sinn in the process.

Flashback three months to a scene where three teens are playing in front of a psychic reading store. A woman named Madam Eva comes out, points at one of the kids, and tells him that his energy burns, and she must read his fortune. She reads his palm and gives him an ominous warning of dark times ahead. Then tells the boy that he's going to kill a man named Karl Kruger.

A strong glow surrounds the teen who falls over, chanting a strange language. His friends think him dead, but he wakes up and gasps. Then he says that he knows how the world dies...
